Where duplicate accounts are identified, PR77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
PR77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.
KYC Verification: As part of our compliance obligations, PR77 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

All financial transactions on the PR77 Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). PR77 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency or in any form of cryptocurrency.
PR77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability and applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits:
Prohibited Payment Methods: PR77 strictly does not accept deposits funded by credit cards or any form of cryptocurrency (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset). Any deposit attempt using a prohibited payment method will be declined and returned.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your PR77 account are legitimately owned by you and are not derived from any illegal activity. PR77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any deposit and to request supporting documentation where deemed necessary for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.
Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are published on the PR77 Platform and may be updated from time to time. PR77 does not charge deposit fees on standard transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in your own name. PR77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.
Before processing any withdrawal, PR77 may require you to complete KYC verification as described in Section 3. PR77 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or non-compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
Withdrawal Note: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 7 and may not be withdrawn until those requirements have been satisfied in full.

PR77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your PR77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
PR77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. PR77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service that are beyond PR77's reasonable control.
